Getting started with CuliNect
Create your account, set up your profile, and share your first CV — in under 5 minutes.
4 min readCuliNect is a professional CV tool built specifically for chefs. Your CV lives online, prints cleanly on paper, and shares as a single link — all the same document.
Step 1: Create your account
Create your account
On web, go to culinect.com and tap Get started free. On mobile, open CuliNect and tap Create account. Enter your name, email address, password, and account type.
Verify your email
Check your inbox for a verification link from CuliNect. Click the link to activate your account. If it doesn't arrive within 2 minutes, check your spam folder.
You're taken to onboarding
After signing in, you'll see the setup screen. You can import an existing CV or build from scratch.
Step 2: Import your existing CV (fastest path)
On web, upload a PDF, DOCX, TXT, or RTF during onboarding, or use Import from an existing CV on the Dashboard. On mobile, finish the short onboarding flow, open the CV tab, and tap Import CV. CuliNect reads your work history, education, and skills, then lets you review everything before saving.
Importing usually takes 5–15 seconds. It's the fastest way to add an existing work history.
Step 2 (alternative): Build from scratch
If you don't have a CV ready, choose Build from scratch on web or continue through mobile onboarding. Add your name, cuisine specialities, and public link (handle), then fill the remaining sections from the web Dashboard or mobile CV tab.
Step 3: Claim your handle
Your handle is your permanent personal URL — like culinect.com/@arjun. Choose something short and professional. You can claim it during onboarding, from the web Dashboard, or from Edit profile on the mobile CV tab.
Step 4: Share your CV
On web, open Live page from the Dashboard. On mobile, open the CV tab and tap Share. Send the link by WhatsApp, email, or any installed app. The CV tab also has a PDF action when your handle is set.
Your CV updates live. Any changes you save are instantly visible at your public link — no need to re-share.
