Terms of Service

Effective Date: 1 June 2025

By creating a CuliNect profile or using our culinary platform, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain, transparent language to ensure a fair community for all kitchen professionals.

1. The Platform

CuliNect provides a specialized infrastructure for kitchen professionals, restaurateurs, and hospitality venues to publish verified CVs, discover talent, share formulations, coordinate kitchen trails, and manage pop-up events.

2. The Honesty Doctrine & ChefSeal

CuliNect is built upon professional authenticity. Fabricating work history, claiming stations not worked, submitting altered evidence documents, or impersonating other chefs is strictly prohibited. Accounts found submitting deceptive claims will face immediate revocation of ChefSeal badges and potential account termination.

3. Content Ownership & Formulations

You retain 100% ownership of your original recipe formulations, culinary photography, and published notes. By publishing on CuliNect, you grant us the limited license required to host, format, and display your work across the platform and generated CV outputs.

4. Kitchen Trails & Bookings

CuliNect acts as a peer discovery and coordination bridge. We do not act as an employer or staffing agency. Kitchen hosts and staging candidates are independently responsible for observing all applicable labor guidelines, health safety standards, and commercial kitchen protocols.

5. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. CuliNect reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that engage in harassment, hate speech, spam, or intellectual property infringement.

6. Inquiries

For legal inquiries or terms clarification, please contact: legal@culinect.com.
