- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:

5. Chef Profiles (Culinector)
Chefs using Culinector agree to:
- Provide accurate information about their experience and skills
- Only post their own original work in portfolios
- Maintain professional conduct in all interactions
- Update their profile to reflect current availability
6. ChefSeal Verification
ChefSeal is our verification program. By applying, you authorize us to verify your credentials through document review and reference checks. Verification status may be revoked if information is found to be false or misleading.
7. Employer Responsibilities
Employers using Culinect agree to:
- Post accurate job descriptions and requirements
- Comply with all applicable employment laws
- Treat all applicants fairly and without discrimination
- Respect the privacy of candidate information
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Culinect, including logos, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to display and distribute it on our platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Culinect is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including employment decisions, business losses, or disputes between users.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
