1. firstly, prepare milk mixture by heating 1 cup milk and ¾ cup cream.

2. whisk and mix well making sure the cream combines well with milk.

3. now add 1 tsp agar agar and whisk well.

4. cook the milk on medium-low heat till it steams (do not boil).

5. further, add ½ cup powdered sugar and dissolve sugar.

6. turn off the flame and add 1 tsp vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

7. whisk and mix well. let the milk cool for 10 minutes before pouring to the glass.

8. furthermore, place the serving glass in a bowl so that it gets tilted slightly.

9. pour in prepared milk mixture till it reaches the rim.
