Sharp knife = safe knife. Dull blades slip. Sharpen before every shift.
तेज़ चाकू = सुरक्षित चाकू। Dull blade फिसलती है। हर shift से पहले sharpen करो।
Pinch grip: thumb + index on blade. Claw grip on guiding hand — knuckles guide the blade.
